DeepL – Derecho de desistimiento
Tienes derecho a desistir de este contrato en el trascurso de 14 días sin necesidad de justificación.
El plazo de desistimiento expirará a los 14 días de la fecha de conclusión del contrato.
Para ejercer el derecho de desistimiento, debes informarnos (DeepL SE, Maarweg 165, 50825 Köln, Alemania, [email protected]) de tu decisión de desistir de este contrato mediante una declaración inequívoca de tal desistimiento (p. ej., una carta enviada por correo postal, fax o correo electrónico). Puedes utilizar el formulario de desistimiento disponible en https://www.DeepL.com/pro-revocation.html a modo de ejemplo, sin que sea este el único modelo válido.
Para respetar el plazo de desistimiento, basta con enviar la comunicación relativa al ejercicio del derecho de desistimiento antes de que haya expirado el plazo de desistimiento.
Efectos del desistimiento del contrato
En caso de desistmiento del presente contrato, te reembolsaremos todos los pagos recibidos por tu parte, incluidos los costes de entrega (a excepción de los costes suplementarios derivados de tu propia elección de un tipo de entrega distinto del tipo de entrega estándar menos costoso ofrecido por nosotros), sin retrasos injustificados y, en cualquier caso, en un plazo máximo de 14 días a partir de la fecha en que se nos comunique tu decisión de desistir del presente contrato. Llevaremos a cabo dicho reembolso utilizando los mismos medios de pago que utilizaste para la transacción inicial, a menos que hayas acordado expresamente otro medio; en cualquier caso, no incurrirás en ningún coste derivado de dicho reembolso.
Si solicitaste iniciar la prestación de servicios durante el periodo de desistimiento, deberás pagarnos una cantidad correspondiente al servicio proporcionado hasta el momento en que nos comuniques tu deseo de desistir del presente contrato, en comparación con el alcance total de los servicios previstos en dicho contrato.

You have the right to withdraw from this Agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of this Agreement.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (DeepL SE, Maarweg 165, 50825 Köln, Germany, [email protected]) of your decision to withdraw from this Agreement by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form available below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this Agreement, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly stated otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided prior to your communication of your withdrawal from this Agreement, in comparison with the full coverage of this Agreement.
철회권

철회권 기한을 충족하려면 철회권 행사 기간이 만료되기 전에 철회권을 행사하고자 하는 의사를 발송하는 것으로 충분합니다.
철회의 영향
귀하가 본 계약을 철회하는 경우, 당사는 배송 비용을 포함(DeepL이 제공하는 가장 저렴한 유형의 표준 배송 이외의 방법을 선택한 경우그에 따른 추가 비용은 포함하지 않음)하여 귀하가 결제한 금액을 지체없이 전액 환불합니다. 당사는 귀하가 명시적으로 달리 동의하지 않는 한 귀하가 최초 거래에 사용한 것과 동일한 결제 수단을 통해 환불을 진행하며, 어떠한 경우에도 이러한 환불에 따른 수수료가 귀하에게 부과되지 않습니다.
귀하가 철회 기간 동안 서비스 이행 개시를 요청한 경우, 본 계약의 전체 범위와 비교하여 귀하가 당사에 계약 철회를 통지할 때까지 제공된 것에 비례하는 금액을 당사에 지불해야 합니다.
