A trial period is available for our Individual and Team plans. You won't have to pay anything until the end of the trial, and you can cancel at any time. Trials aren't available to users who have previously received a DeepL trial.
You can only get a trial of the Write Pro add-on if your DeepL Pro subscription is currently in trial.
We accept payment by credit or debit card, SEPA Direct Debit, and bank transfer (invoice). We don't accept PayPal currently.

Yes, discounts are available for customers who wish to purchase a subscription for a large number of users. These offers are made on a case-by-case basis. Contact our sales team with a request.

Yes, you can change plans after purchase.
Upgrades are effective immediately. Any previous payments will be credited to your account pro-rata and deducted from the cost of your new plan.

Yes, you can. When you add users, the changes take effect immediately. We'll credit any previous payments on a prorated basis and deduct them from the first payment of your updated subscription.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by navigating to your “Subscription” tab in your DeepL account, and clicking the “Cancel subscription” button at the bottom of the page. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle—you’ll still be able to use the Pro features until then.
