How to extract style rules from a document

If you want to extract one or multiple style rules from an existing document from your organization, do this:

Go to Style rules in the navigation bar.

Click on "New list".

Enter a name for the style rule list and select a target language.

Select the option "From an existing style guide" and click Continue.

Upload a file by clicking Browse or drag and drop your file in the window.

Click the box to agree to our third party policy and then click "Generate" to start the rule extraction.

Extracted rules will be displayed in the "Write your own rules tab ", and you can add more rules via free text input here later as well.

Remember that this feature must be enabled by your Organization admin in the settings tab by toggling this button.
