DeepL Voice adds real-time subtitles and multi-language translation to any Zoom Meeting by inviting a lightweight meeting bot that streams audio to DeepL for translation. The meeting transcript and translation are displayed live in a picture-in-picture (PiP) subtitle panel you can position over your Zoom window.

No. Only the host or participant with a valid beta key needs to run the bot; everyone else can view the transcript via the shared URL.
If the meeting has a waiting room enabled, the (co)host must admit the bot. Otherwise it joins automatically.
The beta access key prompt will disappear, and any user with a DeepL Voice for Meetings will be able to use it. Installation will be available via Zoom Marketplace.
