How to add new users to your Pro subscription

To add new users to your Pro subscription, follow these steps:

Go to the Users tab in your DeepL account.

Click "Add users".

Write the email address of the team members you want to invite and, depending on your subscription, assign them to a group.

With groups you are able to organize your team members according to the departments in your company and to which subscriptions you want them to use.

To confirm your selection click on "Add users".

If the user is already part of the team, they'll be added to the group immediately.

If not, adding them to a group will trigger an individual team invitation email.
