DeepL Voice supports AMOREPACIFIC’s global collaboration, with monthly usage up 3x

Seoul, South Korea – October 21, 2026 – DeepL, a global leader in Language AI, announced that its real-time AI voice translation solution, DeepL Voice, is being used to support global collaboration at AMOREPACIFIC. The number of meetings using DeepL Voice has grown from approximately 20 to 30 per month at introduction to more than 100 today, while license utilization has exceeded 95%.

As collaboration between AMOREPACIFIC’s teams expanded across global markets, including the Americas, China, Japan and Southeast Asia, the company saw a growing need for a work environment that supports more efficient communication across languages. With more global meetings involving employees from multiple countries, AMOREPACIFIC explored ways to help participants follow discussions and exchange views regardless of language.

AMOREPACIFIC selected DeepL Voice following an internal proof of concept. Automatic language detection and real-time multilingual captions enable employees to follow and participate in meetings in their preferred languages. Glossary functionality helps maintain consistent translations of brand and business terminology, while integration with Microsoft Teams allows employees to use DeepL Voice within their existing workflows. DeepL also provides enterprise security and management features, including single sign-on, centralized administration and audit logs.

AMOREPACIFIC is pursuing AI-driven innovation across its operations under its “AI First” strategy, one of its medium- to long-term strategic priorities. As part of this effort, the company introduced DeepL Voice to improve the efficiency of collaboration between its global teams.

According to a March 2026 DeepL survey of Korean professionals, approximately 90% of Korean professionals surveyed said real-time AI voice translation was necessary for work, while only around 36% reported using it. AMOREPACIFIC’s use of DeepL Voice provides an example of how the technology is being applied to global business activities.
